• Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID-associated email and name.
• Profile Information: Gender, date of birth, and role (athlete or coach) provided during account setup.
• Workout Data: Voice recordings, exercise names, sets, reps, weights, and workout dates that you log.
• Calorie Calculator Inputs: Age, weight, height, and fitness goals entered into the calorie calculator. This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored in our database.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, including features used, exercise frequency analytics, and time spent.
• Subscription Information: Subscription plan status, product identifiers, and purchase history managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process and transcribe your voice recordings into workout data
• Sync your workout data across your devices
• Provide exercise frequency analysis and calorie estimation tools

4. Voice Recording Processing

When you record a workout, your audio is:

• Temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing
• Transcribed and analyzed to extract workout information
• Deleted from our servers after processing (typically within 24 hours)
• The extracted workout data is stored in your account

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• We use Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with Row Level Security
• Authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth with support for email/password and Apple Sign-In
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and serverless functions
• Apple: App distribution, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchases
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

RepSay offers a Pro subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Your payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never stored on our servers. We receive only subscription status and product identifiers to manage your access to Pro features.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your workout data
• Opt out of marketing communications

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RepSay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

RepSay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

RepSay offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("RepSay Pro") that unlock additional features:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by RepSay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your workout data remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RepSay does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
